Our Beers

Draught 1/17

Filtered to bright the complete WLB Draught displays a creamy compact foam over a pale golden and brilliant base. It holds a fine aroma of pine needles, fresh grass and lemon.
German-styled Pilsener

Wit 2/17

Our Wit has a balanced complexity, and is rich-yet-zesty with notes of tangerine and clove.
Crisp on the finish with a hint of coriander
Belgian-styled Wheat Beer

Standard 3/17

Our WLB Standard is a level and enduring midstrength with a sweet biscuity malt base and a floral-fruity spritz; hints of stone fruit, paw-paw and rockmelon.
English Ordinary Bitter

Pilsener 4/17

The rich golden hue from the dark Munich malts and generous bitterness from Czech and New Zealand hops is topped with a creamy white, densely packed head. White pepper and passionfruit to finish.
Bohemian-styled Pilsener

Dark 5/17

Full malt dark beer that is both light and dry. White Lakes Dark is an excellent warmer with a complex eight-malt profile. A mahogany myriad of malt flavour, impressioned by chocolate and roasted coffee, spearmint and citrus.
German Schwarzbier

Summer 6/17

A synergy of malt and hops. Citrus and fruit leap out of the glass supported by a sweet malt backbone. Brilliant gold with a creamy white head. Heady fruit aroma with underlying malt sweetness and estery overtones.
English Summer Ale

Pale 7/17

Superbly balanced, full-flavoured beer with tropical fruit and peach aromas; delivering a rich and slightly resinous drop with a pine and orange finish. Late-yet-lingering bitterness rounds out a big fruit and malt profile.
American Pale Ale (APA)
