Filtered to bright, the Premium Lager displays a creamy compact foam over a pale golden and brilliant base. It holds a fine aroma of pine needles, fresh grass and lemon.

Whitelakes Witbier combines raw and malted wheat in true Flemish style, with notes of tangerine, clove and a hint of coriander. Complex yet refreshing, this white ale is finished with Mandarina Bavaria hops to accentuate a zesty citrus finish. The beer pours with a creamy white head, subtle natural haze, and a hint of spice.

Combining gratuitous dry hopping and extended maturation. XPL - Imperial Lager pours a brilliant gold with a densely packed foam. Heady fruit and resin aromas with underlying malt sweetness. Overtly hopped yet well lagered for balance.

Superbly balanced, full-flavoured beer with tropical fruit and peach aromas; delivering a rich and slightly resinous drop with a pine and orange finish. Late-yet-lingering bitterness rounds out a big fruit and malt profile.

Our Street Ale is a level and enduring midstrength with a sweet biscuity malt base and a floral-fruity spritz; hints of stone fruit, paw-paw and rockmelon.

100 Day IPA is brewed with Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade and Simcoe hops in the traditional west coast style, well balanced with malt and bitterness with a fresh hop aroma of floral, citrus and pine, developing subtle tropical fruit notes with extended maturation.

Full malt dark beer that is both light and dry. Whitelakes Dark is an excellent warmer with a complex eight-malt profile. A mahogany myriad of malt flavour, impressioned by chocolate and roasted coffee, spearmint and citrus.

An incredibly balanced full-flavoured ale, that is host to a complex layer of passionfruit and peach aromas. It features a rich fruit undertone alongside a pine and orange finish.
