Head Brewer Sean Symons brings more than 25 years of brewing experience to Whitelakes, with a career that has taken him from the Swan Brewery in Perth to founding Whitelakes itself.
Known for his balance of technical expertise and creative flair, Sean has built a reputation for producing beers that are both authentic and consistently high in quality.
Beyond the brewery, he is recognised as a leader in the industry, serving as Chief Judge at the Perth Royal Beer Show and chairing the Institute of Brewing and Distilling Conference. His guidance has helped shape the future of brewing in Australia, while his hands-on approach ensures every Whitelakes beer carries his trademark care and precision.
